Submission Guidelines
1) Papers submitted to the conference should be in English and at least 4 pages. An additional page fee will be charged for papers exceeding 5 pages.
The organizing committee will confirm your submission and assign an article ID within 2 working days after receiving your manuscript.
Following submission, your paper will be forwarded to relevant experts for peer review based on its theme.
With Publication Purpose: Full Papers
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished work that must not be under review for any other conference, workshop, or journal.
All papers will be peer-reviewed by members of the Program Committee and evaluated based on originality, contribution, technical soundness, and presentation quality.
Without Publication Purpose (Presentation Only):Abstract Submission
If you only wish to give a presentation at IC2DE 2026, you are required to submit an abstract.
Accepted abstracts are for presentation purposes only and will not be published.
Without Any Submission (Attendance Only): Delegate
If you do not intend to submit any paper or abstract but wish to participate in the conference,
you may register as a listener/delegate. Delegates may attend all sessions
but will not present a paper or have any work published.
Review Process
1. All manuscripts will undergo blind peer review and must meet academic standards of novelty, quality, and integrity.
2. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the paper has been approved by all co-authors,
and takes full responsibility during submission and peer review.
3. Review comments will be sent to the corresponding author.
Authors may be required to perform necessary revisions and resubmit the revised manuscript by the specified deadline.
Submission Requirements & Ethics
All submissions must present original, previously unpublished research (experimental or theoretical).
Papers must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Ethical conduct is essential in academic research. Any form of plagiarism is unacceptable misconduct and will result in sanctions, including:
1. Rejection of the submitted paper or removal from the final proceedings.
2. Reporting the violation to the author’s supervisor and affiliated institution.
3. Reporting the violation to the academic ethics committee and relevant funding agencies.
4. Reserving the right to publicly disclose the author’s name, article title, affiliation, and details of the misconduct.
Dual / Double Submission Policy
By submitting a manuscript to the conference, authors confirm that it has not been published or accepted for publication
in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed, publicly available publication (journal, conference, workshop, or archive).
No substantially similar paper will be submitted to another venue during the review period.
As a general guideline, the submission should contain no more than 20% content from prior publications.
Violation of these policies will result in immediate rejection.
Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. If a paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will not be published in the conference proceedings or other public access forums. For poster and demo sessions, if the speaker is not present in front of the poster for most of the time during the poster session, this also implies the paper was not presented.
1）提交至本次会议的论文需为英文，篇幅不少于4页。论文超过5页将收取超页费。组委会在收到稿件后2个工作日内确认投稿并分配文章编号。
投稿完成后，组委会将根据论文主题，送至相关领域专家进行同行评审。
用于出版投稿：全文投稿
作者需提交原创、未发表的研究成果，且不得同时投稿至其他会议、研讨会或期刊。
所有论文将由程序委员会成员进行同行评审，评审标准包括原创性、学术贡献、技术正确性与写作规范。
仅作报告（不出版）：摘要投稿
如仅希望在 IC2DE 2026 进行报告，需提交摘要。录用的摘要仅用于会议报告，不收录出版。
仅参会（不投稿）：听众
如不投稿、不做报告，仅希望参与会议，可注册为听众/代表。听众可参与所有会议环节，但不进行报告，亦无论文出版。
评审流程
1. 所有稿件将进行双盲同行评审，需满足创新性、学术质量与规范要求。
2. 通讯作者负责确保所有合著者均同意投稿，并在投稿与评审期间对论文全权负责。
3. 评审意见将通知作者，作者可能需要按要求修改，并在截止日期前提交修订稿。
投稿要求与学术诚信
所有投稿必须为原创、未发表的实验或理论研究成果，不得一稿多投。
学术诚信是基本准则，任何抄袭均属于严重学术不端行为，组委会将采取以下措施：
1. 直接拒稿或从会议论文集中撤稿；
2. 将违规行为通报作者导师及所在单位；
3. 向学术伦理委员会及相关科研资助机构报备；
4. 保留公开违规作者姓名、论文题目、单位及不端行为详情的权利。
一稿多投政策
作者投稿即确认：稿件未以近似形式在任何公开同行评审出版物（期刊、会议、研讨会等）发表或录用；
评审期间不会向其他平台投递内容高度相似的稿件。通常要求本次投稿内容与已发表成果重复率不超过20%。
违反上述规定将直接导致拒稿。
未到场报告论文（缺席）政策
已被会议最终日程收录的录用论文，须至少有一位作者或授权代表到场并在会议上完成报告。如论文未在会议上进行报告，该论文将不予收录进会议论文集及其他公开出版渠道。
对于海报展示与演示环节，若报告人在海报时段内大部分时间未在海报展位值守，同样视为未完成报告。
