To be eligible as an Invited Speaker, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
1. Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral qualification);
2. Possess an academic rank of Assistant Professor or above, including Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Full Professor, Research Fellow, and other equivalent academic titles.
3. Engage in research or work related to the conference’s core fields, with certain academic achievements or professional influence in the relevant field.
Candidates who meet the above qualifications shall submit a self-recommendation statement, a short bio, a detailed resume (CV), and a high-definition photo to the conference committee for review. The committee will reply within 5 working days after receiving all the required materials.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Delegates need to reserve rooms on their own, and we advise you to book as early as possible.
Important: The conference staff will never request your personal card information for booking services. Please do not trust anyone who claims to provide such services on behalf of the conference.
If participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted formally via email.
No article submission is required for delegates who only wish to attend the conference (without presenting a paper). You may complete registration directly – the process is simple and quick.
* The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference dates and venue due to force majeure events.
* The organizing committee shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to force majeure, and the refund policy shall not apply in such circumstances.
