He has an h-index of 136 and citation of 82339 in Google Scholar and i-10 index of 677, his h-index in SCOPUS is 81, with 26,529 citations while his h-index in ISI/Clarivate is 65 with 16,635 citations.
Coming from a pure science background, local and international mentors, Fulbright and the IEEE provided opportunities for interdisciplinary research to Dr. Lee. An IEEE senior member since 2007, she learnt the Learning Sciences and Interactive Computing from Lehigh University, and Georgia Tech, USA, on a Fulbright Visiting Scholar Fellowship, in 2008/2009, while with Multimedia University (1997-2011). In 2009, the JCI (M) awarded her the Ten Young Outstanding Malaysian (Science & Technology Development). Overseas exposure as Faculty in National Central University, Taiwan, (2011-2013), complemented JICA’s. Two years in the Faculty of Creative Industries, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, augmented design/computing concepts. She is back in computing in Sunway University’s Department of Computing and Information Systems (renamed Department of Smart Computing and Cyber Resilience beginning January 1, 2025).
Dr. Yimiao Zhang is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of the Business Analytics Programme at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She received her PhD in Information Systems from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University. Her research focuses on understanding individual behaviour and market dynamics in digital environments, including social media, e-commerce platforms, and blockchain-based ecosystems. Her recent research explores emerging digital phenomena such as online influencer endorsement, blockchain-based markets, GameFi ecosystems, and generative AI in creative work, aiming to generate insights that support more effective decision-making by both individuals and digital platforms. Her work has been published in journals including Industrial Management & Data Systems and the International Journal of Data Analysis Techniques and Strategies. She has also presented her research at leading international conferences in the Information Systems field, including the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), the Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS), and the China Summer Workshop on Information Management (CSWIM). Dr. Zhang’s research combines econometric analysis, text mining, and computational methods to analyse large-scale digital trace data. Her research contributes to a deeper understanding of digital platform ecosystems and the evolving interactions between technology, markets, and human behaviour.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siti Sarah Omar is an academic leader, trainer, and entrepreneurship ecosystem developer with extensive experience in higher education, research, and industry engagement. She serves at the Johor Business School, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, and currently leads strategic initiatives in education, training, and business development at UTHM's private wing. Her expertise spans entrepreneurship, innovation, technopreneurship, leadership development, and social impact programs, with a strong track record in designing impactful training, mentoring entrepreneurs, and building university–industry collaborations. She has led and contributed to numerous initiatives that empower communities, support SME growth, and strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems. An award-winning educator and experienced researcher, she is also actively involved in consultancy, executive training, and postgraduate supervision. Her work reflects a commitment to strategic leadership, innovation, and creating sustainable impact through education, enterprise, and collaborative partnerships.
Dr. Irina Neaga is a Senior Lecturer in the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Swansea, United Kingdom, with extensive international academic experience in the United Kingdom, Canada, Finland, the Netherlands and Romania. She holds a PhD from Loughborough University (UK) and a BEng/MSc in Computer Systems Engineering from “Gh. Asachi” Technical University of Iasi, Romania as well as Postdoctoral Qualification from Laval University, Quebec, Canada. She has contributed to research and sustainable educational programmes related international and global logistics systems, digitalisation of supply chains, and sustainability. Her previous roles include leading the MBA Programme at the Plymouth Business School, University of Plymouth, and substantially contributing to the development, implementation and running of Logistics and Supply Chain degree apprenticeship programme in Wales, United Kingdom strongly linked to industry.
Dr Neaga’s research focused on the digitalisation of logistics and industrial complex systems, with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies associated with Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. She also advances sustainable E-Education practices within higher education. Her research portfolio spans big data analytics, AI-enabled decision making, cloud computing, knowledge management, and intelligent systems—core foundations for modern e-business, e-management and digitally enabled learning environments. She has worked for several years at Loughborough University’s School of Engineering and Business, contributing to large-scale strategic partnerships in systems engineering, supply chain management, systems innovation and digital transformation through research, education and consultancy. Over more than two decades, her work has focused on digitalising industrial and logistics systems, enhancing decision-making under complexity and uncertainty, and advancing sustainable e-business and intelligent supply chain ecosystems.
Dr. Neaga has published in leading outlets including the Journal of Business Research, the International Journal of Production Research, Computers and Industry, Defence & Security Analysis as well as Springer volumes. She has contributed to EU-funded initiatives and UK-based R&D collaborations addressing digital transformation, intelligent systems and sustainable innovation in intelligently connected enterprises. She has also delivered invited talks on cloud-based big data analytics, digital transformation and technology-enhanced industrial systems at major international events such as Multicore World (New Zealand) and the Logistics & Supply Chain Conferences (UK). Her academic efforts integrate the principles of E-Education applying digital learning systems, data-driven strategies and technology-enabled pedagogies to support learner engagement and future-ready skills development. As a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK), as well as UK & Ireland Engineering Education Research Network and Canadian Engineering Education Association she actively contributes to shaping the intersection of e-learning, digital innovation and modern management practices.
Boying Li (Belle) is an Associate Professor in Marketing at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. She also serves as the director of the Nottingham E-commerce MatriX of Transformative Practice (NEXT) Base. Her research focuses on the design and impact of information, and her research areas mainly include misinformation, live commerce, consumer behavior on social media, and human-AI collaboration. She has published in journals such as Information Systems Journal (ISJ), Journal of Product Innovation Management (JPIM), Journal of Information Technology (JIT), Journal of Business Research (JBR), International Journal of Operations and Production Management (IJOPM), and Information and Management (I&M).
Doc. Ing. Petr Hájek, Ph.D., currently works as Associate Professor at the Institute of System Engineering and Informatics of the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Pardubice. In 2006 he defended his dissertation thesis on the modelling of creditworthiness of municipalities using computational intelligence methods and in 2012 a habilitation thesis on the topic of credit rating modelling using soft computing methods. Doc. Hájek was a researcher of four projects of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic focusing on the application of computational intelligence methods to support business decision-making. He was also a member of the research team of three other GA CR projects, one TA CR project and three projects commissioned by ministries.
